Texas Youth Hunt is hosting (4) local disadvantaged youth on a hunt this weekend.  The Hunt begins tomorrow at the Texas Hunt Lodge with Hunters Certification, and then at the Las Catarinas Ranch on Saturday and Sunday where the kids will learn Hunt Safety, Animal Education, how to track animals, learn to shoot rifles, and hopefully harvest their first animal on a live hunt.

The children are aged 10-16 and from Ingram, Divide, Center Point and Harper.

Hopefully this rain lets up a bit so we can get out and drive the ranch, or at least stay dry a bit.
