What has a tail like a horse, a hump like a buffalo, the head of a cow, and hairier than the elusive Big Foot monster?  It's called a "Yak" and Texas Hunt Lodge has a herd of them that are ready for the taking. These are young Yak  with lean tender meat.  

Far from Texas, high in the Himalayian mountian tops more than 3000 thousands years ago, herds of wild Yak roamed freely in sub-zero tempretures. By contrast, compare that image to the Great American Bison and the wide-open Plains of North America, to gather a converse sense of the masses.
